COVID-19 Refund Policy

Our COVID-19 refund policy takes all of the concern out of booking your tickets. 

When you’ve booked your tickets, we guarantee a full, no-hassle refund in any of the three scenarios below:

  • If you test positive or are told to isolate, meaning you will not be able to attend the show, we will issue a full refund
  • If your company issues a new policy which prevents you from being able to attend, we will issue a full refund
  • If the event is cancelled due to a lockdown or other restrictions, we will issue a full refund

We want everybody to feel comfortable attending our event. Please note that these full refunds apply only to money you have paid for your ticket. Unfortunately, we can’t cover the costs of travel or accommodation.
